SOILCO, a leading organics recycling and soil health company in Australia, announced today that it has acquired Go Grow in Ballina as part of its strategy to expand its national footprint, strengthen its product offering and diversify its operations.
By combining SOILCO’s organics processing expertise with Go Grow’s established market presence and capabilities, the acquisition is expected to support continued growth in the Northern Rivers and South East Queensland.
Customers, partners and stakeholders can expect business continuity throughout the transition process. SOILCO and Go Grow will work closely together to ensure a smooth integration, while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence and service reliability.
