Charlie has more than 25 years of experience in the family‑founded SOILCO business and brings a strong vision for how modern organics operations can grow and evolve. A second‑generation SOILCO leader, he joined the company in 2001 and has been central to shaping its long‑term direction.

As Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, Charlie leads SOILCO’s growth strategy through identifying, evaluating and integrating new business opportunities. His work focuses on expanding SOILCO’s national footprint, strengthening its recycling infrastructure capabilities and ensuring each acquisition aligns with the company’s strategic goals and values.

Charlie has been a driving force behind continuous improvement within the organisation, including the creation of SOILCO’s infrastructure delivery capabilities. This initiative supports the delivery of essential organics recycling infrastructure for councils and commercial clients.

With a Science Degree in Environmental Biology, Charlie has extensive experience across the environmental, landscaping and horticultural sectors. He also served as a Board Member of the Australian Organics Recycling Association (AORA) for six years and as Chair for two years, contributing to industry leadership and sector advancement.
