Lance joined SOILCO in July 2020 and brings 20 plus years of experience in multi-disciplined Engineering and Project Management along with comprehensive skills in leading project teams to deliver tangible outcomes.

SOILCO’s Environmental Resources and Planning Manager David Schumacher is an environmental planner with 14 years of experience in Australia and New Zealand.
David has worked in the waste and recycling industry since relocating to Australia in 2011 and has managed and drafted documentation relating to multiple development approvals through to completion.
At SOILCO, David manages development approvals, Environmental Protection Licences, compliance and oversees product conformity with the relevant Australian Standards and Resource Recovery Orders.
His in-depth knowledge of NSW and Commonwealth legislation and the applicable approvals processes make him ideal for this role.
He loves knowing his efforts directly contribute to real recycling, that is, transforming waste into products that have real environmental benefits.
