Rajinder works closely with teams across the business, from operations and commercial and M&A delivery, ensuring legal frameworks support SOILCO’s commitment to innovation, circularity, and responsible resource recovery. He plays a key role in strengthening governance practices, supporting the Board, and embedding systems that enable SOILCO to grow sustainably and responsibly.
