SOILCO Completes Acquisition of Martins Fertilizers
SOILCO Pty Ltd, a leading resource recovery company in Australia, is pleased to announce the successful completion of its acquisition of Martins Fertilizers Pty Ltd and Martins Yass Pty Ltd.
Martins Fertilizers, with its production facility in Yass, New South Wales, is recognized for its high-capacity manufacturing and packaging operations. The company’s extensive range of garden products serves prominent hardware stores, independent nurseries, and commercial growers across Australia.
Martins Fertilizers is a family-owned organisation that has established itself as a trusted supplier to nurseries and landscapers across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, and South Australia. Martins Fertilizers is recognised for its diverse range of high-quality horticultural products including potting mixes, mulches, soil conditioners and fertilizers.
