SOILCO Expands Circular Economy Initiatives with Acquisition of Martins Fertilizers
SOILCO Pty Ltd, a leading organics recycling company in Australia’s dynamic resource recovery sector, has announced the acquisition of Martins Fertilizers Pty Ltd, a major producer and supplier of premium quality potting mix, soil conditioners, and organic fertilizers for Australia’s nursery and landscaping industry. This strategic acquisition delivers upon SOILCO’s strategy to vertically integrate its operations and to expand the company’s national footprint. The expanded manufacturing and distribution capabilities also align with SOILCO’s vision to operate state of the art organics recycling facilities that produce innovative and worlds’ best products.
Martins Fertilizers, with its production facility in Yass, New South Wales, is recognized for its high-capacity manufacturing and packaging operations. The company’s extensive range of garden products serves prominent hardware stores, independent nurseries, and commercial growers across Australia.
