Michelle joined SOILCO in 2008 and has more than 20 years of experience in the horticulture, agriculture and landscaping industries.

With a sales and customer service background, Michelle’s passion for soil health is obvious to everyone that meets her.

Michelle has been pivotal in developing SOILCO’s compost, soil and mulch product ranges. Her commitment and experience ensure that customers and ecosystems always benefit from quality assured soil health products. She is responsible for staff training and technical sales and products in an ever-evolving market.

Michelle has a Diploma of Horticulture, Diploma of Agronomy and Certificate IV in both Frontline Management and Training & Assessment. Michelle also teaches horticulture at TAFE to the next generation of soil enthusiasts.
