Nicole has more than 13 years of finance and accounting experience including 10 years in the waste and resource recovery sector, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the organics recycling industry.

Nicole leads the SOILCO finance team and oversees the financial administration, fiscal reporting, commercial analysis, budgeting, financial modelling and process improvement projects for SOILCO.

Nicole enjoys working collaboratively and continuously improving the financial management of the business as SOILCO’s team and geographical reach continues to grow.

Nicole holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and a CPA qualification.
