Zivko has over 30 years of experience working within the manufacturing industry.

Beginning with Engineering and moving into Operations led Zivko to naturally progress through multiple Executive roles, including Operations Manager and then Chief Executive Officer at John Heine & Son.
Zivko has demonstrated proven results while becoming skilled and experienced in all aspects of business strategy, development, and management. Zivko recently commenced at SOILCO in 2023. As a result of his proven Operational and Leadership capabilities, he has quickly grasped an understanding of his role and the fundamentals of the SOILCO business. This has included recently implementing improved operational and compliance efficiencies.
